Coach Recruiting Interview

What do you look for in a recruit? What type of player best fits your program?

High character, hardworking, and honest young men. Guys who love to practice and make themselves better, who want to be part of a family and are willing to do anything to help the team win.

What is the best way for players to get on your recruiting radar?

Two main ways to get on our radar - A. Send us a detailed email with a highlight tape, GPA, and playing schedule. B. Attend one of our prospect clinics.

What areas of player development should recruits be focused on?

Stick skills, stick skills, stick skills, and academics.

What common recruiting mistakes should players and parents avoid?

We simply ask for prompt communication and honesty in the recruiting process.
