Recruit Profile
Intense versatility, highly coachable, "loud" communicative team leader, resourceful lax IQ, focused determination, internally motivated, and fun personality.

I have been playing lacrosse since 5th grade and have deep family roots into lacrosse. I am a versatile player who spent years playing attack, earning the teamwork award my freshman year. I was a starting varsity defender spring 2017 and my team earned the Suburban One League Champion Title. I love the ride, have great communication on the field and an innate sense to defend my house! I am fast and physical. I enjoy the challenges of playing both ends of the field as it keeps my opponents guessing what I'll do next. I am a dominant right handed player and also very good with my left. This year I will be playing midfield as well as defense since my team needs more speed on connections. I work throughout the year on my skills in clinics and tournaments.
I love psychology, criminology, and forensics and look to pursue an education in those fields. My grandfather was a police officer/detective for years and has greatly influenced my interests both academically and applying those same skills of perseverance, fortitude, drive and grit on the field. As a member of the Junior National Honor Society and Student Government I am always striving to be the best and lead by example.
I have a passion for helping others and am involved in; the Best Buddies Program working with mentally disabled teens, Interact club for community volunteering, fundraising for cancer research. I also work part time at a hospital.
My family has influenced me in so many ways to be the solid passionate team player I am today. As the oldest in my family I learned we all play an important role in our family life; working together, supporting one another's academics, activities, and sports. My ability to rally and step up in any situation shows across all aspects of my life. I believe my strong sense of family enhances everything I do on the lacrosse field as I consider my team family. We pull together and never accept less than our best, constantly striving to develop and improve with the support of one another. Lacrosse is more than a game to me it is a spotlight on how one conducts their life....I chose to play tough, challenge myself, build relationships and skills, have fun, and makefood

Abby is a gritty defender, hardworking on slides, communiction and moves well laterally. A risk taker she causes turnovers and wins gbs. Best quality is she plays hard form begining until end no matter waht the score of the game.
