Seventh year as Head Coach at Washington & Jefferson College. 2016 ORLC Coach of the Year. Played at Niagara University ('10 & '12)

In 2019, W&J advanced to their conference tournament for the fifth consecutive year and advanced to the PAC Tournament Championship game for the fourth straight season. A total of seven Presidents were named All-PAC, which included five First Team selections. Rae LaRochelle was named All-PAC First Team and All-ECAC Second Team following a record breaking junior season. LaRochelle recorded program records for goals (71) and points (95) in 2019.

2018: Seven All-ORLC selections, two All-ECAC honorees and two IWLCA All-West Region performers
2017: ORLC Champions, First-ever NCAA DIII Tournament Appearance, ORLC Newcomer and Defensive Player of the Year
2016: ORLC Champions, ORLC Coach of the Year, Seven All-ORLC honors, including Defensive Player of the Year
2015: Five All-ORLC selections, including Newcomer of the Year

Served as the Presidents' assistant coach during the 2013 season. 2010 graduate of Niagara University and earned a masters degree in education at the same institution in 2012. Spent one season as the assistant women's lacrosse coach at Niagara. A four-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference All-Academic Team honoree as a player at Niagara. A four-year letter winner, played in 54 of a possible 56 career games. Academically, a member of the Phi Alpha Theta and Pi Lambda Theta International honor societies. Worked numerous camps throughout career, including the University of Virginia Fast Break Camp and the Nike Cup Camp at Syracuse University.

Served on the NCAA Division III Mid-South Regional Advisory Committee (RAC). Also an associate club coach with the Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club for the last seven years.
