Recruit Profile
Hard working, disciplined, two-sport athlete who works well with teammates while pursuing academic excellence, community service, and Eagle Scout.
As a starting Defender on my high schools' DI lacrosse team, since freshman year, as well as the football team we have made it to the finals once and the semi- finals twice in the Texas High School Lacrosse Playoffs. In football we won the Texas UIL 5A DI Football State Championship Back to Back in 2016 and 2017. On Varsity, I started at tight end and was on the kickoff team as well as the PAT team. I played basketball for the first time my freshman year and played again my sophomore year. Sports are my passion. I have loved playing lacrosse since 1st grade, playing D/LSM for my school and club teams locally and nationally, and have been lucky to play for many great coaches. Lacrosse Highlights (July 2016 – Present): Denver Shootout: All Star, June 2018; Texas Top 99: All Star, June 2017 & 2018; THSLL: Warrior All- North District Team, May 2018; C2C Spotlight: All Star, October 2016; UNC Team Camp: Tournament Champions, July 2016; FLG in 3D: All Star, Two MVP Game Balls, July 2016; Academically, I hold a 3.7 in my junior courses: AP English III, US History, Latin III, Algebra II, Physics, and pre-AP Digital Interactive Media. D.A.R.E. Student of the Year: May 2012. Outside of school and sports, I’m committed to volunteering with Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) and to Boy Scouts Troop 68 where I am a Life Scout working toward Eagle Scout. I also enjoy traveling with family, sports, and school trips which have taken me as far away as London with the drama class because the football coach chaperone was allowed to select a few players, with the best character, to go in the trip.
