Anna Salemo

Anna Selemo is in her first year as the women's lacrosse assistant coach at the University of Oregon.

Salemo played under head coach Chelsea Gamble at Stanford from 2016-17, earning the 2016 MPSF Rookie of the Year title. During the 2016 season, Salemo scored 35 points and had nine assists for a total of 44 points over the 20-game season – enough to be named All-MPSF second team.

Salemo comes to Oregon after spending the 2018 season as the assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Fort Lewis College. Salemo helped the SkyHawks to a 7-7 season and a No. 4 ranking in the Rocky Mountain conference. Last season, four of Salemo's players earned RMAC honorable mention honors, while eight players received All-Academic recognition for their efforts off the field.

Before Fort Lewis College, Salemo also gained experience as a coach during her college career by serving as the offensive coordinator for NorCal Rize Lacrosse during the 2017 season, coaching Team 180 Sports in 2016, and as the varsity head coach at Mountain View High School from 2013-15.

Salemo graduated from Stanford with a degree in cultural and social anthropology and a minor in history in 2017.
