Dave Fraboni

Dave Fraboni is in his first year as an assistant coach for the men’s lacrosse team.

Fraboni will be in charge of the faceoff unit, while assisting on both sides of the ball and recruiting.

He spent last season at UMass, where he worked with the faceoff and wing units. Under his direction, the Minutemen registered a .609 faceoff percentage en route to recording a 10-5 record and a share of the CAA Regular Season Championship.

Prior to his stint in Amherst, he was a member of the Bucknell coaching as an offensive assistant from 2017-18. During that time, Fraboni oversaw the development of Sean O'Brien, who led the Patriot League in scoring, while helping guide the Bison to a share of the 2018 Patriot League Regular Season Title.

Fraboni started his coaching career at Saint Michael’s College from 2013-14, before helping start the United States Coast Guard program, helping them to back-to-back 10-win campaigns before landing his first Division I job.

A four-year letterwinner at Springfield College, he earned his bachelor’s degree in General Studies, with a concentration in sports studies, before attaining his master’s degree in Sport Coaching from the University of Denver in 2017.
