Roy Reynolds

Roy Reynolds joined Reinhardt University in December of 2015 as the third women's lacrosse head coach in the history of the program.

In his first year as head coach of the Lady Eagles, Reynolds led an under-manned Reinhardt side to a 9-5 record and a second place finish in the Appalachian Athletic Conference.

Reynolds has been coaching for 10 years, starting at Walton Youth Lacrosse. He was the MAYLA Girls Select commissioner for three years and the skills coach for ATL Lacrosse for four years. In addition, Reynolds is still head coach of Hotlanta 2017 and President's Cup teams. Reynolds has been skills instructor for Laxtensity Lacrosse and the community coach at Cherokee High School in Canton, Ga.

Reynolds has designed and implemented fall ball programs for some of the state of Georgia's best high school teams. His core coaching philosophy focuses on building self-esteem, fundamentals, and discipline.
