North Central University announced the hiring of Ted Sperides in June of 2018.

Sperides brings a wealth of Lacrosse experience in the state of Minnesota. The Burnsville native won a state club championship at Bloomington Jefferson high school before becoming a student coach at the University of Minnesota-Duluth during his days as an undergraduate. From there, Sperides coached at all different levels, be it with the Bloomington youth system, Blake High School, and Team Minnesota Lacrosse. Since 2013, Sperides has owned and coached at 36 Lacrosse, a Bloomington-based operation that features both instruction and club teams for middle and high school students that started with eight students in a summer training program. In the last five years, Sperides' vision has grown; Team 36 now features 150 kids on five boys and two girls club squads while hundreds more attend skill development classes throughout the calendar year.
